Potassium Bicarbonate is used in many
applications. It’s used as a medical supplement as
an antacid and in cooking as baking powder. It has industrial
uses such as in fire extinguishers. Its chemical formula is KHCO3 and
is an alkali. Too much use in the landscape could raise your
pH levels.Remedy controls Powdery Mildew, Blackspot, Downy Mildew,
Botrytis blight and gray mold, Scab, Anthracnose, Alternaria blight,
Ascochyta blight, Cercospora leaf spot, Corynespora leaf spot,
Didymellina leaf spot, Diplodia Leaf spot, Entomosporium leaf spot,
Fusarium leaf spot, Helminthosporium leaf spot, Ink spot, Phomopsis
blight, Ovulinia sp., Ramularia leaf spot, Ray blight and Septoia leaf
spot on woody and ornamental shade trees, woody and herbaceous
ornamentals and on ornamental nut and fruit trees. It will
also control the above diseases on flowering annuals and perennials
listed on the label.
Remedy will control Alternaria blight, Anthracnose, Botrytis,
Downy Mildew, Fusarium leaf spot, Leaf spot, Phoma, Phytophlthora, and
Powdery Mildew on garden crops. This product is great for Crape Myrtles
and roses with powdery mildew.

Mix at a rate of 2 level tablespoons per gallon of water. One gallon should cover approximately 450 square feet sufficiently. Cover all foliage and stems uniformly for best results. Start application at first sign of disease and repeat every two weeks until conditions are no longer favorable for disease development. Foliar treatment is best when plants are cool, below 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Use a hand or pump sprayer.
