90-Day Return Policy!!!

We stand behind the products we sell!

Yes you read it correctly, 90 days. It’s part of our worry-free shopping policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase send it back.

We value our relationship with you and offer a return policy for the products that you purchase directly from the IAmOrganic.com website.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your merchandise, you may return it within 90 days of receipt for a replacement or refund of your full merchandise cost. It's part of our guaranteed worry-free shopping policy!

Returned products should be in their original condition and packaging and be shipped pre-paid to Avant-Garde Organics, IAmOrganic’s parent company.

In some cases, a small re-stocking fee may be charged. We can only refund shipping costs if your return is due to any of the following reasons:

  • We sent the incorrect item(s)
  • Item(s) arrived damaged
  • Item(s) did not work because of a manufacturing defect


    • Return Procedure

    Contact our Consumer Care department via email or phone at 972-347-3330 to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to making a return. You will be given an RGA number, which must accompany the item(s) being returned. All product being returned to our warehouse must be authorized and reference an RGA # on the return packing list. We reserve the right to refuse any return that has not been authorized.

    Please do not attempt to make a return without getting a RGA first!

    Packaging Your Return

    1. Please include the original packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely.
    2. Affix the return label on to the package.
    3. Write your assigned RGA# in the Reference space provided. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel.

    Shipping Policy

    IAmOrganic ships to the contiguous 48 connecting states as well as to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

    All orders for Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii will ship via UPS or USPS at our discretion.

    IAmOrganic does not ship to post office boxes. If you have a special request please call the office.

    Shipping and handling charges are calculated real-time at the moment of checkout and are based on:

    IAmOrganic does not ship during weekends or holidays. On regular business days, order fulfillment is 24 hours or less. Our goal is to ship all orders received by 10 AM Central Time the same day. If you place your order on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, your order will be fulfilled on the next business day.

    Express Orders

    Orders sent via "Next Day Air", "2nd Day Air", and “3 Day Select” are delivered to you on the next business day, 2nd business day, or 3rd business day from the day they are shipped. Orders are shipped during business days only - we do not ship during weekends or holidays. UPS only delivers during business days as well.

    Placing your order very late in the day, after the shipping companies have picked up their last shipment, is one factor that can affect shipping time. Also, due to the nature of items in the order, some orders may take longer to put together, pack and ship than others.
